Last WBFS meeting for the year
Our last Woodend Bee Friendly Society meeting for the year hummed along beautifully today (18th November) with the room jam packed with 70 pople like a hive about to swarm. Neville talked about best practices for managing bees over Summer, Shelly talked about dangers over the fire season and awarded door prizes and Sally coordinated us through the Flow Hive presentation with the Co Founder Stu, it was sweeter than a honey joy. Just before we packed down for the season, Matthew walked us through the chimney Hive in the permaculture garden, explaining its benefits and different applications for its uses.
Now as you all buzz off for the year, thank you to all who have contributed their time, sharing of ideas and attention, it has made this year such a sweet success and a hive of activity.
See you next year 🐝
