Have you thought that before?

Have you looked on in horror as your zucchini plant(s) continue to produce long after you’ve run out of new recipe ideas? Last year, I was giving them away - pleading with people to take them.

And yet I have planted them again. And I am excited. Why you ask? Because this year we are going to smash zucchini overwhelm with a heavy dose of serious recipe inspiration. After all zucchinis are awesome, versatile, delicious vegetables that need celebrating!

Veg Action is hosting a Zucchini Harvest Brunch. Yep you heard right, we are going to have a brunch all about zucchinis, where everyone brings a dish to share. We’ll be so inspired by everyone’s dishes that our love for the good old zucchini will be reaffirmed.

No you don’t have to be a gardener to join in - just bring your favourite dish.

Sam from The School of Domestic Goddesery will be joining us to share tips on pickling zucchini, AND Liana Quach we’ll be hosting a produce swap for all our other summer veggies.
