GREG Terms of Reference 

This project will initially operate for a period of 12 months during which time it will undertake the following activities:

• Research suppliers, pricing, time-frames and availability for bulk solar panels and heat pumps;

• Identify a group of households to run a pilot program of bulk installation of solar and/or heat pumps;

• Seek legal advice as required to liaise between suppliers and householders and oversee the completion of the pilot;

• Review the pilot and determine next steps;

• Liaise with relevant suppliers and stakeholders to determine options for energy farms, microgrids;

• Liaise with Council;

• Assist the Macedon Ranges Further Education in sourcing appropriate experts to conduct courses on DIY Home Efficiency.
