A presentation, discussion and property inspection with local resident Karl Kny to discuss global trends and their relevance to the Macedon Ranges. Karl has 30 years experience managing plantations and conservation forests for global and Australian investors who have a high stewardship ethic. His property “Kolora” near Woodend is managed for environmental and educational purposes as an example of sustainable land management and regenerative forestry.

After the sit-down session you are invited to a walk around the property reviewing a range of regenerative forestry issues and opportunities. Refreshments will be provided and the tour is expected to finish around 12.30 – 1.00pm.
