Need a fruit and veg box? Never fear Macedon Ranges, you are spoilt for choice
Planning your meals (including at least 3-4 vegetarian/plant-based meals a week) and eating seasonal vegetables is a great way to improve both the population’s health and planetary health and reduce your food waste.
A great introduction to meal planning is by getting a seasonal fruit and veg box.
Ordering a food box helps you to:
create a meal plan to maximise what you have received and reduce waste
eat more vegetables
try new dishes and new vegetables
eat seasonal food
support local businesses
And here’s the good news. There appears to be no better time than now to get a to get fresh fruit and vegetables delivered.
