Join us for the official Edgy Veg Awards 2026 Launch — the kickstart to a month-long celebration that proves vegetables can be bold, crave-worthy and absolutely the main character.
Enjoy a five-course veg-forward menu by Fook Shing, featuring their Edgy Veg Awards entry, with a playful seat-shuffling twist designed to mix up the tables and spark conversation. Along the way, expect games, trivia, prizes and plenty of laughs, plus a sneak peek at what’s coming up in the 2026 Awards, with voting opening on April 1.
The Edgy Veg Awards exist to gently (and deliciously) challenge the idea that veg is boring or second-best. This launch is where that challenge begins — and what better place to begin than at Fook Shing, the venue that won the Macedon Ranges Edgy Veg Awards restaurant category in 2026.
From here, the challenge spreads across the region as you head out to eat, explore and vote once the Awards are live.
