This year’s AGM will be conducted online via Zoom. We are delighted to have David Holmgren as guest speaker.

David is a co-orginator with Bill Mollison of the permaculture concept back in 1978 and has several decades experience in developing permaculture ideas through practical projects and teaching that a sustainable lifestyle is a practical alternative to dependent consumerism.

The subject of David’s presentation is: RetroSuburbia and Rural Resettlement; how will our regions respond to the stresses and opportunities of Covid triggered change.

3.40pm Approve minutes from 2019 AGM

3.50pm Vote on a proposed special resolution to make minor changes to MRSG’s Constitution - Kellie Flanagan

The special resolution that is proposed is as follows:

The members resolve:

2.1. that the current MRSG Constitution be replaced with the Model Rules containing an addendum of variations;

2.2. that the document proposed in 2.1. above, and linked to from [the] AGM notice [circulated in accordance with Rule 33 (1) (a) of the MRSG Constitution on October 3], be adopted as the MRSG Constitution.
