Want help with your sustainability idea?

MRSG is calling for submissions for local sustainability projects, with a funding pool of up to $10,000 available to help kickstart community-led innovations across the Macedon Ranges.

Whether it's a clever idea an MRSG Action Group is keen to get off the ground or a project a community member has been dreaming up on their own, we want to hear about it. Funding of up to $2000 is available per project.

This is as much an invitation to our existing network as it is to anyone new to MRSG. Action Groups are encouraged to put forward new projects they'd like support to progress and community members keen to work with MRSG for the first time are just as welcome to pitch an idea.

To be considered, project applications need to clearly demonstrate sustainability outcomes and community benefit. Think initiatives that reduce waste, build local resilience, restore habitat, support biodiversity or help the community live more sustainably. We’d love to hear from you however big or small the idea might be.

If you're an existing MRSG member, a great first step is to reach out to an Action Group leader or committee member to share your idea. Alternatively, you can email your proposal, with as much detail as you can share, directly to info@mrsg.org.au
