Kyneton Caring Community now has cheap, clean electricity thanks to MASH and MRSG
A very effective partnership between More Australian Solar Homes (MASH) and MRSG has resulted in a 10kW PV solar system being installed on another community building in the Macedon Ranges. Kyneton Caring Community (KCC) is terrific organisation that supports those in need in our local community by delivering a range of services including:
a free foodbank
an emergency relief service
a drop in centre and soup kitchen
a need assessment and referral service to other agencies.
KCC have recently installed a new cool room for their foodbank, the energy requirements of which can now be significantly provided by the PV solar installation funded by MASH’s Community Bonus and MRSG’s interest-free loan from our Renewable Energy Fund.
