CFA at Woodend Community Farmers' Market & Bushfire Disaster Appeal

With the harrowing events in mind of large areas of the Eastern states engulfed by bushfires over the past several weeks, our Woodend CFA will have a very timely presence at the Woodend Community Farmers’ Market this Saturday, 4th January 2020 until 11am. CFA volunteers will be on hand to discuss what we need to do in case of fire emergencies locally and how to make our properties more fire safe.

MRSG will also be using this opportunity to raise funds for the Vic Emergency Bushfire Disaster Appeal by running a raffle of Farmers’ Market stallholder produce. Each ticket will be $5 which will go the the Bushfire Disaster Appeal. In addition to funds raised, MRSG will donate $1 for each ticket sold.
