Your MRSG Membership – Now Easier to Manage 🌱
We’ve made it easier for you to manage your MRSG membership.
MRSG has been using Neon for several years to manage our membership and supporter information. We’re now taking the next step by giving you direct access to your own information through the MRSG Member Portal.
This means you can update your details, manage your communication preferences and make membership payments yourself — whenever it suits you.
It also means less time spent by our volunteer Membership Co-ordinator on administration and more time available for the projects, events and activities that make MRSG what it is.
Your personal MRSG Member Portal
The portal is your personal connection to MRSG.
While mrsg.org.au is where you discover what MRSG does, the Member Portal is where you manage your relationship with MRSG.
With the Member Portal, you can:
Manage your membership – view your membership, renew it and see your membership history.
Keep your details up to date – change your contact details whenever you need to.
Manage your communication preferences – choose which MRSG emails and updates you receive.
Manage payments – pay for your membership and, where applicable, update your payment details or automatic renewal settings.
Stay connected – make sure we have the right information to keep you informed about MRSG activities and opportunities.
Why are we doing this?
MRSG is a not-for-profit, member-based organisation run largely by volunteers.
For years, our Membership Co-ordinator has spent significant time manually updating member details, processing changes and following up membership payments.
By giving members direct access to Neon, you can manage your own information when it suits you, while our volunteers can spend more time on what really matters — supporting MRSG's action groups, projects, events and community activities.
It's a win for members and a win for our volunteers.
Getting started takes just a few minutes
1. Visit the MRSG Member Portal
Go to:
https://mrsg.app.neoncrm.com/ or use the button below.
2. Set up or access your account
If you are already an MRSG member or have previously registered with us, use your email address to access your existing account and set your password.
You don't need to create a new MRSG account if you already have one.
3. Check your details and take control
Once logged in, check that your contact details are correct and review your communication preferences.
You can also manage your membership and payments directly through the portal.
