After an enjoyable walk along the Campaspe last month this month the Waste Action Group will be walking along the creek at Riddells Creek and if we have time to the cemetery and into the bush. Our aim is to enjoy the walk and the surrounds but to also clean up any litter along the way. This will then go towards an audit of the extent and types of rubbish found. 

Please join us for lunch at Vics@Seasons (next to the Foodworks) at 1pm prior to the walk or just for the walk (2.15 pm meet at Vics).  Email us at  waste@mrsg.org.au if you intend to come along to lunch so that we can book accordingly.  Bring along gloves, SunSmart, wet weather and ‘snake friendly’ attire.  We recommend stout shoes - litter picking involves off-track walking as we realised last month! We will provide bags and tongs for collecting rubbish.
