Sustainable Malmsbury presents this online workshop thanks to a Small Projects Grant from Macedon Ranges Shire Council.
Learn the ins and outs of making cheese with this cook-along workshop from Craig Castree (cheese maker, author, horticulturalist, self sufficiency educator) and find out what you have been missing out on.
Craig will show participants how to make a Bocconcini-style Mozzarella in under 8 minutes (you will never buy it again!) Haloumi in 30 minutes, and a delicious whole-milk Ricotta.
Eligibility: This is a subsidised workshop aimed at connecting and up-skilling the local Malmsbury community. Participants must be full time residents of Malmsbury and surrounding villages - Lauriston, Drummond, Taradale.

Craig Castree is a qualified Horticulturist of 40 years experience and has grown his own food traditionally and organically over this period. Craig works in Melbourne with not-for-profit organisations and businesses to deliver workshops on self-sufficiency and the important message of eating healthy food raised without chemicals.
