How do we stay resilient?

How do we maintain our wellbeing?

How do we stay hopeful?

I believe the answer to these questions is through community. Through standing together with our feet firmly grounded, being real, sharing our stories and being vulnerable together.

The practises we use in a Circle of Trust support the deep sharing of ourselves with others. We have the opportunity to be “Alone Together” supported to listen to our inner teacher, renew our energy and our passion to continue to stand and act when it can sometimes feel like we are trying to hold back the tide.

If you are concerned about the climate and the earth and would like to join, support and be supported by other concerned citizens some who are environmental and community activists then Courage Earth is for you.

Join us for a 4 consecutive sessions starting Sunday 28th February fortnightly.

Sessions run from 3pm – 5pm, Sunday 28th February, 14th March, 28th March & 11th April.

Sessions are delivered online via Zoom and a link will be emailed closer to start date.
