A valid Appointment of Proxy Form must be received by the secretary no later than 24 hours prior to the date of the MRSG AGM which this year is 26th October 2024. If a valid form is not received by 24 hours prior to the beginning of the MRSG AGM, the appointment of proxy shall have no effect.
