What are action groups?

A community action group is group of local volunteers who are passionate and able to volunteer some of their time and energy in a certain area of sustainability like renewable energy, permaculture, vegetarian eating, farmers markets, beekeeping etc. Joining one or more community action groups is a great way to contribute to sustainable living in our region.
